Content Creation System
How I've built a total audience of 2,700 raving fans across multiple platforms in only 6 months, generating $15,000 in revenue.
Estimated Reading Time: (7-15 minutes)
I've actually been in business for much longer than most people would assume.
For most — I just started a few months ago.
But In reality, I've been kicking on the game for at least 3 years.
And you know, I don't blame them.
I always wanted to make money and be anonymous.
If that sounds similar to you,
It is because I used to think like Alex Hormozi before he became the massive business influencer that he is now.
I thought that I was the smart guy in the room.
And the only thing that you needed to grow a business…
Was to run ads and do cold outreach — nothing else.
Direct Response Marketing at its core.
Every time I heard “Brand”, “Build an Audience” or making content as a whole.
I thought: “Nah that is not for me”
I was very wrong.
You see…
Even if you get good results through ads and outbound.
I learned (the hard way) that making content has the ability to BOOST the performance of those two channels.
When you make content:
You get the word out
You make your work public
And as consequence — You build a level of trust that is not possible through the other methods.
You build a reputation
You build a brand.
Also, the sales process becomes WAY easier.
When you run ads, you need to present several testimonials, case studies, social proof, or any piece of information that tells your very skeptical prospect that you know what you are doing.
Also, when you're on sales calls, it's really common (especially when you're just starting) to hear something like:
"Yep, everything sounds awesome, I just want to see some case studies."
Sure, If you have them perfect.
But still — it makes you go back and forth several times, through several communication channels just to get someone to say YES.
You present super complicated offers.
“Break-your-pocket” guarantees.
Scarcity and Urgency Tactics.
And thousands of direct response strategies to just get an average of 5% conversion rate.
“Sigh”😪
I was exhausted
Not because these strategies didn't work
Trust, they do — and VERY well.
But I wanted to make my life easier.
That is when I decided: I NEED to post content.
I want customers to chase me, instead of the other way around.
And use my Ads and Outbound to put my business on overdrive.
But at the same time, make my business to not rely on it.
Here is when I began the journey to discover the concepts, strategies, and tactics I needed to learn.
The ultimate goal to build a content creation machine.
Coming back to the present.
I've built a total audience of 1,400 raving fans across multiple platforms in only 3 months, generating $15,000 in revenue.
And today, I will share EVERYTHING with you.
With this strategy, you will be able:
Scale predictably
Become the go-to expert
And build a cult following that will buy anything you place in front of them.
That being said, let's dive in:
Warning: This is a very long framework, I recommend sitting down, getting rid of all distractions, and fully focusing on understanding the key principles of what makes a content creation system.
This is all you need to know about Content - the ultimate resource!
I’m giving all of this information for free…
So you don't need to pay thousands of dollars for coaching, courses, or digital products.
Framework 1: The Attractive Character
The Attractive Character is a concept taught in the Dotcom Secrets book by Russel Brunson, Founder of ClickFunnels.
The attractive character is just a fancy word for personal brand.
It is a way to develop a consistent brand voice and tone across all of your content.
That means, creating a persona or character that represents your business.
This character should have a backstory, personality traits, and a unique voice that is consistent across all platforms.
To implement the framework:
Start by defining your ideal customer
Define Pain Points and Desires.
And then, develop a backstory that explains how the character overcame those pain points.
It is important for people to have something they can resonate with.
They need to feel understood.
They need to sense that you've already traveled the same path.
And that you're the special guide who will help them.
You need to show them that you already slayed the dragon that they are fighting with right now.
There are only 4 types of Attractive Characters:
The Expert: Someone sharing a past journey.
The Adventurer: Someone sharing the journey itself.
The Collector: Someone who researches a topic and brings back info, but is not in the journey.
The Reporter: Someone who interviews people on a specific journey.
In my case — I'm the adventurer.
You can use this article as an example.
I had a problem
Found a solution
Tested the solution
And then I shared it with you.
Choose the one that resembles with you the most.
Once you have defined your attractive character, use them as the basis for all of your content creation.
This content will help build a loyal following of fans and customers who identify with your brand.
Framework 2: Content Creation
I want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
This is my 6-step Content Creation Process.
Multiple Frameworks are featured inside of this...
If you feel confused at some point, don't worry, I will explain everything below.
Step 1: Curate Inspiration the Night Before
Before going to bed, write down the content you will write the next day.
I will show how to Curate Inspiration on Framework 4.
When adding ideas to your backlog, draw inspiration from your content vault (Framework 5)
You can also get content inspiration from your Twitter bookmarks, Instagram saves, TypeShare, YouTube videos, Reddit, and Answer the Public.
Make a plan for what you are going to write the next day, keeping in mind the four main topics you talk about on a daily basis (Framework 7)
Step 2: 4 Hours of Deep Work.
First thing in the morning, sit down, drink a cup of coffee, and start writing.
You already know what you are going to write down, so simply start typing.
You DON't stop before 4 hours of work.
Make yourself accountable.
Step 3: Write Content Daily
This is my current content breakdown.
Feel free to steal it.
LinkedIn Strategy
1 daily written posts OR 1 daily LinkedIn carousel
10 engagements per day.
X (Twitter) Strategy
5🧵 of 5 tweets minimum per week
8 weekly single tweets.
10 engagements per day
Threads Strategy
5🧵 of 5 posts minimum per week.
8 weekly single posts.
10 engagements per day.
Newsletter Strategy
All the content comes from this.
I create 1 long-form content newsletter explaining a system in detail.
From that piece of content, I break down smaller nuggets of wisdom across all my posts.
You don't need to create countless posts.
Distribution is key, so change the format, not the content.
Step 4: Take a Break.
Do something different, work on less creative tasks, go to a meeting, or simply do something that distracts you.
This is usually best when you get writer's block.
I like to go to the gym
Turn on my favorite podcast
And get inspiration for my next content line.
Step 5: Edit.
The best content conveys a simple message.
Delete sentences and unnecessary words.
The purpose of each sentence is to gain permission from the reader to read the next one.
Make sure to do the same.
Step 6: Schedule and Publish.
Hit "publish" every day.
If you want to change the world, publish content daily. My mission is to inspire 1 million founders to achieve their dreams in life and in business through proven systems.
And that is impossible If I don't make my work public.
It will be hard for a platform to not push your content if you post 300 days in a row.
The algorithm will eventually support you.
Framework 3: Content Schedule
Consistency is the ultimate unfair advantage.
It forms the backbone of your strategy.
Make sure to establish a clear cadence and stick to it.
Scheduling content will make this effortless.
Embrace automation to scale faster.
Framework 4: Content Backlog
Most creators don't know what to write about.
A backlog fixes that:
Store viral ideas
Know what to write about
Batch content to schedule in advance
Reclaim your mental bandwidth to create banger content.
Destroy blank page syndrome.
This is not the same as the content vault.
The backlog is your unique ideas.
Make sure to write them down and capture your moments of wisdom.
Framework 5: Content Vault
Eliminate writer's block by curating content to emulate.
Store content in:
Reddit
Linkedin saves
YouTube playlists
Twitter bookmarks
Instagram collections
Use it as inspiration to create mind-blowing content.
Never run out of ideas again.
The idea is that you store content (from other people) that sparks your attention.
Framework 6: Board of Advisors.
Where to save the content is the first step.
But the next natural thing is to curate the source we get it from.
Choose at least 5 content creators you aspire to.
Make sure they develop content around the same topic categories.
Every time that they drop a banger post.
Store it and then use it as a template.
Framework 7: Content Categories
Your content needs to feel consistent.
Make sure to always speak around the same topics to keep a brand voice a retain your following.
For example, my content categories are:
Marketing
Audience Building
Copywriting.
Sales Funnels
The idea is that when someone thinks about “topic” — you are the first person that comes to mind.
Framework 8: Founder Flywheel
Make sure you're hitting your audience on all fronts.
I'm active everywhere that is on writing from:
Twitter
LinkedIn
Threads
Newsletter
Your distribution strategy is the oxygen of your brand.
Stop, and you'll cease to exist.
Framework 9: Content Formats
Your audience will resonate with specific content types.
Experiment with:
Lists
Stories
Guides
How-tos
Combine formats in unique ways to invent new formats.
Keep iterating until you find what works.
Leave your audience craving for more.
Framework 10: Customer's Problems
Understand your audience to achieve content mastery.
Who is your content for?
What are their pain points?
Are their needs and interests at the forefront?
You're not just serving an audience.
You're building a Community Empire.
Make sure to actually solve people's problems.
Framework 11: Time Projection
Think in years—not months
Content is a long game.
If you're in this for life — patience is key.
Build systems to make the process effortless.
Proven systems lead to more creativity and more fun.
Treat work like play.
You'll be unbeatable.
Use this system for your Content Empire.
For example, two months ago, I developed a post where it said the following.
My results after 1 month of developing content:
500+ followers across all platforms (not including Instagram that haves 2000+/ sorry personal account)
6 new subscribers to my newsletter
400+ short pieces of content
6+ blog articles
3-month projections taking the same growth rate I have right now:
1500+ followers across all platforms
30+ newsletter subscribers
1,200+ Short pieces of content
12+ blog articles
Back to the present, I was a little off but these are my results.
1400 followers across all platforms
25 newsletter subscribers
1500+ short pieces of content.
8 blog posts.
I didn't hit some of my goals.
That is okay.
We can't predict the future.
But when we have clear goals.
We take the necessary decisions to get us closer.
Ultimate Action List
