Isn’t enough to bring a source of income for your work.

You need a vessel.

A product or service that solves a real problem in society.

It doesn’t matter how much you improve yourself & how much attention you get if there is no vessel to capture & convert that attention into revenue.

You need to become a builder.

But not any builder.

A builder of “packaged & easy to digest solutions”.

“Building” is a skill.

And like any skill…

It can be:

  1. Shared.

  2. Learned.

  3. And trained.

Before you build anything…

You need absolute clarity in 3 things:

  • WHAT problem are we solving? (The Outcome)

  • WHO are we solving it for? (The Target)

  • HOW do we solve it? (The Mechanism)

We need to build a real offer.

With real demand.

That solves a real problem.

This is when “Digital Leverage” comes in:

Here’s the 4-step system I used to go from 0 → product → profit.

($25,000+ in year one)

The system is divided into 4-steps:

  • Become a Builder.

  • The Outcome

  • The Target.

  • The Mechanism.

With this framework, you will be able to:

  • Build & launch 1 product that solves a real, urgent problem.

  • Convert 1,000 followers into a paying audience.

  • Scale & automate your backend with 3 core systems.

That being said, let's dive in:

Warning: This is a very long framework. I recommend sitting down, getting rid of all distractions, and fully focusing on understanding the following key principles.

I’m giving all of this information for free…

So you don't need to pay thousands of dollars for coaching, courses, or digital products.

1. Become a Builder.

"Provide value to the marketplace & the marketplace will provide value back. Usually in the currency, you need the most.”

Business isn’t what it was 10y ago.

You don’t need capital to start:

  • You don’t need a team.

  • You don’t need investors.

  • You don’t need permission.

What required a team of 10 people

Now takes 1 person with the right mix of automation, media, and AI skills.

With just a laptop, you can:

  • Build a website.

  • Launch a product.

  • Start a brand.

  • Share your ideas.

  • Capture attention.

  • Build an audience.

  • Monetize your mind.

This is the new economy.

Distribution is global,

Tools are cheap (or free),

And you need $0 to start.

What matters NOW is not resources…

Is leverage.

And the best way to build leverage…

Is by building assets.

I'm not talking about investments, property, or equity in a business.

Im talking about code & media:

  • A personal brand that attracts opportunities.

  • A piece of content that captures attention.

  • A website that captures contact details.

  • An email that promotes your offer.

  • A product that sells on autopilot.

Every asset compounds within each other.

Bringing you money while you sleep.

True passive income.

THAT — is the new form of leverage.

In order to achieve this…

You need to become a “builder”.

Set aside 1 hour a day of deep work.

Choose 1 thing, lock yourself in a room, & start building.

But here’s the catch:

Even with all the assets in place, you can still make $0.

Why?

Because building for the sake of building isn’t enough.

You can have a beautiful website, optimized social profiles, and polished products…

But if you’re not solving a real problem?

You won’t make a sale.

If it were just about building — everyone would be rich.

If you want to make money online you need to have clarity on one thing.

What problem are you solving?

That’s where we go next.

2. The Outcome.

“People do not want a plane ticket.”

“They want the vacation, the sense of freedom & the novelty of a new location.”

“Use a problem to identify the solution, but use the outcome to sell it.”

To make money, you need to solve a burning problem in the marketplace.

That’s how you make a transaction.

No problem — no value — no sale.

And the bigger the problem?

The bigger the payout.

But here’s the real question:

How do you find a burning problem?

Simple:

Turn your lessons into cash.

  • You know it exists.

  • You felt the pain.

  • You searched for solutions.

  • You found others solving it.

  • You tested different options.

  • You absorbed the knowledge.

  • You made the mistakes.

Experience is the best source of information.

Use that information, package it & monetize your knowledge.

Turn your experience into something useful:

Problems → Solutions.

Solutions → Systems.

Systems → Products.

Organize what you already know and make it transactional.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Big personal problem.

    Something you struggled with.

    Something that cost you time, energy, or money.

  2. Document the solution.

    Break down exactly what worked and what didn’t.

    Be specific.

  3. Make it simple.

    Remove complexity.

    Make it easy to digest & understand.

  4. Choose your delivery method:

    DFY (Done For You):

    You do the work (e.g. a service)

    DWY (Done With You):

    You guide them (e.g. coaching, consulting)

    DIY (Do It Yourself):

    We by de You teach them (e.g. course, templates, guide)

Example:

  • You were overweight.

  • You fixed it with consistent training, smart nutrition, and discipline.

  • You turned that into a repeatable system.

  • You offered coaching (DWY) and custom plans (DIY).

That’s how you productize yourself.

Now that we understand:

WHAT — problem are we solving.

Let’s figure out:

WHO — do we solve it for.

3. The Target.

“The easiest way to sell — is by deeply understanding your audience. Their pains & struggles become your own, & you develop the perfect solution for their worries.”

Forget trying to "pick a niche".

Forget about market research.

Forget about building an avatar.

Instead:

Target yourself — 2 to 5 years ago.

You are your best customer.

Think back:

  • What did you struggle with the most?

  • What advice would've saved you months—or even years?

  • What system could’ve fast-tracked your growth?

  • What mistake drained the most time, energy, or money?

That’s your market.

Your past pain is the blueprint for someone else’s transformation.

Your story & experience are the shortcuts they’re looking for.

So write it all down.

  • Every frustration.

  • Every roadblock.

  • Every turning point.

Then — use that information in your content, offers, CTAs, and website copy.

But why target yourself?

Isn’t the best approach to niche down?

Start on a small — very specific — market?

YES — that’s the point!

You are the niche.

When you speak directly to your past self…

You attract others like you.

People struggling with the same problems you faced in the past.

Let’s use an example:

Let’s say you started an apparel store on Instagram…

But at first, you had no clue how to sell. (Problem)

So you did some research…

Tested content strategies, sales funnels & ads.

Eventually, you figured it out. (Solution)

You turned that into a step-by-step process. (System)

And then — packaged it into a product:

- A content system (SOP)

- A 1:1 coaching offer

- A digital product or toolkit

- A full-service agency offer

Lastly — you market your product by sharing your story.

You’ll naturally attract people facing the same problems you faced in the past.

Now you have a successful apparel store…

And a product on how to build one.

Exchange “apparel store” with any other project you’re building.

That being said…

The easiest way to sell — is by deeply understanding your audience—their struggles become your own, and you develop the perfect solution for their worries

Now we understand:

  • WHAT — problem do we solve.

  • WHO — do we solve it for.

Now it’s time to answer the next question:

  • HOW — do we solve it.

4. The Mechanism

“The outcome & the target are the easy part. The biggest differentiator in a saturated market is your unique process to deliver results”

99% of people say the same stuff:

“I’ll help you get leads.”

“I’ll help you lose weight.”

“I’ll help you grow your brand.”

Cool — but so does — everyone else.

What makes YOU different?

That’s where your unique mechanism comes in.

It’s how you stand out in a saturated market.

It’s the specific way you deliver the outcome.

At its core, your mechanism is a process, system, or philosophy that gets people results.

It might be called:

  • A signature system.

  • A secret method.

  • A 3-step framework.

Whatever the label, it should be:

  • Easy to understand.

  • Tied directly to a result.

  • Memorable and specific.

For example:

Here’s my unique mechanism.

  • The Advertisement Quadrant (content, ads, or outbound)

  • A High-Value Education Offer to attract quality leads.

  • A Simple Opt-In Page to qualify traffic.

  • A Low-Ticket Upsell to monetize early buyers.

  • A Lead Nurturing Sequence to convert over time.

Clear, structured, and unique.

With a clear mechanism in place…

You’re no longer just selling a solution…

You’re selling your way of solving it.

The outcome & the target are the easy part.

The biggest differentiator in a saturated market is your unique process to deliver results.
