If you follow each step of the process…

Your next natural problem is to stand out from the crowd of self-claimed experts of your industry.

Imagine this: Two businesses are selling the exact same thing, offering identical deals, and talking about the same topics.

How do you make one shine above the other?

Quick answer? — Brand

Personal branding has never been more crucial.

It has opened doors that I never thought possible—networking with incredible people, scoring invites to exclusive events, and landing more opportunities than ever before.

It's like expanding my luck.

And because I am sharing my skills and knowledge on public.

Selling in private becomes easier.

Why? — proof of competence.

No one can tell you that you don't know anything about marketing…

If you have 200 blog posts talking about it.

But as awesome as having a thriving personal brand is...

Growing one is a bit different than building a successful “faceless” business.

This is why many founders who have managed to build successful companies struggle to build a meaningful founder-led brand.

But I believe in the years to come, personal brands will be the key differentiator between those that achieve success, and those that don’t.

The ultimate goal is to build an undeniable reputation.

In today’s newsletter, I will give you a copy-and-paste system for building your personal brand on social media.

This is the exact same process I followed to build my brand and grow my account to 1,400 followers in just 3 months, generating $15,000 in the process.

I call it The Personal Brand Framework.

With this strategy, you will be able:

  • Build a public reputation.

  • Become the go-to expert in your space

  • And build a cult following that will buy anything you place in front of them.

That being said, let's dive in:

Warning: This is a very long framework, I recommend sitting down, getting rid of all distractions, and fully focusing on understanding the key principles of what makes a content creation system.

This is all you need to know about Personal Brand - the ultimate resource!

I’m giving all of this information for free…

So you don't need to pay thousands of dollars for coaching, courses, or digital products.

The Attractive Character

The Attractive Character is a concept taught in the Dotcom Secrets book by Russel Brunson, Founder of ClickFunnels.

The attractive character is just a fancy word for personal brand.

It is a way to develop a consistent brand voice and tone across all of your content.

That means, creating a persona or character that represents your business.

This character should have a backstory, personality traits, and a unique voice that is consistent across all platforms.

To implement the framework:

  • Start by defining your ideal customer

  • Define Pain Points and Desires.

  • And then, develop a backstory that explains how the character overcame those pain points.

It is important for people to have something they can resonate with.

They need to feel understood.

They need to sense that you've already traveled the same path.

And that you're the special guide who will help them.

You need to show them that you already slayed the dragon that they are fighting with right now.

There are only 4 types of Attractive Characters:

  • The Expert: Someone sharing a past journey.

  • The Adventurer: Someone sharing the journey itself.

  • The Collector: Someone who researches a topic and brings back info, but is not in the journey.

  • The Reporter: Someone who interviews people on a specific journey.

In my case — I'm the adventurer.

You can use this article as an example.

  • I had a problem

  • Found a solution

  • Tested the solution

  • And then I shared it with you.

Choose the one that resembles you the most.

Once you have defined your attractive character, use them as the basis for all of your content creation.

This content will help build a loyal following of fans and customers who identify with your brand.

The New Opportunity

The best way to differentiate yourself is by presenting a unique and new way to do something.

Do you have a special way to deliver your service?

For example — I sell sales funnels

But I use a specific strategy that sets me apart from most people

  • I use the Advertisment Quadrant

  • Develop a High-Value, Education Front-End Offer to get Leads

  • Have a simple Opt-In Page

  • Have a simple upsell to capture hyper-active buyers

  • And lastly, build a lead nurturing sequence to warm up the lead that didn't buy

And that is just my service.

You can do the same with Targeting:

  • Business owners

  • That needs leads and appointments

  • Spending over $5,000 on advertisement

  • And are familiar with sales funnels.

And you can deliver in different ways:

  • I will teach you how to apply everything and provide you with the resources

  • I will work alongside you and help you install the system with you

  • I will develop everything for you.

Conclusion?

Don't limit yourself.

Be creative and remarkable.

Content Categories

Your content needs to feel consistent.

Make sure to always speak around the same topics to keep a brand voice a retain your following.

For example, my content categories are:

  • Marketing

  • Audience Building

  • Copywriting.

  • Sales Funnels

The idea is that when someone thinks about “topic” — you are the first person that comes to mind.

Publish Content Daily

You can’t build a personal brand without building your presence online.

The best way to do that?

Choose 2 platforms.

Post every single day.

I recommend LinkedIn and Threads to start.

Start writing around your Content Categories and people will come.

Establish Authority

There are 2 types of content you are gonna use

The regular posts on Social Media

And Sales Assets.

Sales Assets are long pieces of content that are usually hosted in a more private setting.

This is where you can shine and go in depth explaining your wisdom to others.

Publish things like:

  • Digital Products

  • Free Workshops

  • Free Courses

  • Loom Videos

  • E-books

  • Blogs

Rented Audience → Owned Audience

As you get more followers, you’ll want to begin adding them to your own personal email list.

This does 2 things:

#1 - It helps deepen the relationship you have with them.

#2 - It moves your followers from a “rented audience” to an “owned audience.” This also makes it easier to connect with followers and to them.

I use Beehiiv for email and recommend you do too.

To begin driving traffic, just put a newsletter link in your Social Media Bio.

Create Your First Offer

The next level of growing your personal brand is to start making offers.

Selling something automatically positions you as an expert and h you become known as the “go-to” in a particular area.

This works wonders for increasing your word-of-mouth growth.

To figure out what to sell, start by surveying your community. Ask people what they want to see from you.

Find something that matches your content categories, and proven vehicle and mix it with a monetization strategy:

  • Paid Newsletter

  • Membership

  • Consulting

  • Course

  • SaaS

Network with People in Your Space

You need to engage with other people in your market.

The best way to do it is with the Engagement System.

In short, you need to follow these steps:

  • Build Your Board of Advisors

  • Make sure they match the Content Categories

  • Engage at least 3 times with each creator.

  • Target Breakdown:

    • 5 creators under 500 followers

    • 5 creators under 1500 followers

    • 3 creators under 10,000

    • 2 creators over 10,000

Ultimate Action List

  1. Define your ideal customer: Understand the pain points and desires of your target audience.

  2. Develop a backstory: Create a compelling story that showcases how you overcame similar challenges your audience is facing.

  3. Choose an Attractive Character type: Select one of the four types - Expert, Adventurer, Collector, or Reporter - that aligns with your personal brand and journey.

  4. Use your Attractive Character as the basis for content creation: Build your content around your character to establish a consistent brand voice.

  5. Present a unique approach: Differentiate yourself by offering a fresh and innovative way of doing something in your industry.

  6. Create content categories: Identify the main topics you want to be known for and consistently create content around them.

  7. Publish content daily: Choose two platforms and post valuable content every day to build your online presence.

  8. Establish authority: Share regular posts on social media and create long-form content (e.g. digital products, workshops) to showcase your expertise.

  9. Build your owned audience: Encourage followers to join your email list to deepen the relationship and connect with them on a personal level.

  10. Create your first offer: Start selling products or services that align with your content categories and community's needs.

  11. Network with others: Engage with creators in your industry to expand your network and build relationships.

By following these tactical steps, you'll develop a massive personal brand that yields impactful results and builds a huge community.

There you have it, the Personal Brand Framework.
