  5. The Lead Capturing System:

How to develop a killer opt-in page & capture leads like a marketing expert.

With the first framework, you learn how to position your product in the marketplace, how to increase value and create an offer so good that people feel stupid no.

The next natural problem that you encounter is grabbing the attention of your audience.

It doesn't matter how good is your product/service if no one knows about it.

Then with the third framework, you know exactly what to do after someone already shows interest in what you sell.

Fourth, you understand what to do when someone already becomes a lead, how to build a relationship of trust, and the sequence of events they go through to become a customer.

Fifth, you understand how to position your landing page in a way to increase lead capturing.

The next natural problem you are going to encounter….

Is how to develop a lead magnet.

A lead magnet is a free asset or special deal offered to customers in exchange for their contact details.

It can be a discount code, webinar, white paper, ebook, template, or another resource.

The options are limitless.

The same way you give money for a product.

You need to give something of value in return to get their contact details.

That is why I developed the Lead Magnet System.

With this framework, you will learn the exact step-by-step process to develop a high-value lead magnet.

The amazing part — is that this is a one-time effort only.

Your systems — not you, will take care of all the heavy lifting while you can focus on high-leverage activities, create content, improve your product, and close more deals.

This is the direct continuation of the Lead Capturing System.

If you haven't read that one, check it out so you can understand fully how to apply this framework:

That being said, let's dive in:

Warning: This is a very long framework, I recommend sitting down, getting rid of all distractions, and fully focusing on understanding the key principles of what makes a lead magnet system.

This is all you need to know about Lead Magnets - the ultimate resource!

Im giving all of this information for free…

So you don't need to pay thousands of dollars for coaching, courses, or digital products.

Introduction

As we already said…

Lead Magnets come in multiple forms:

Free reports, ebooks, videos, cheat sheets – but the goal is always the same:

To offers your prospects incredible value, typically in the form of the solution to a problem they’re struggling with — Without asking them to purchase anything in return.

In return for all the value you’re providing, all you ask for is their name and email address.

When you offer information as an incentive, make sure it solves a burning problem.

This is the first exchange of value your prospect makes with your business.

You can’t simply trick people into giving you their contact details and then send them a crappy two-page free ‘report’ that is simply a promotional piece about your company.

The goal is to wow them with this experience.

If done right, you will gain trust and move your prospect a step closer to working with you.

Step 1: Create an Attention-Grabbing Headline

The single most critical part of this process is having an attention-grabbing headline that stops your prospects in their tracks, grabs them by the throat, and creates so much intrigue that it practically forces them to give you their contact details.

We already dived in on how to develop attention-grabbing headlines.

If you the exact step-by-step process.

Step 2: Focus on the Pain Points.

Make sure every point in your lead magnet touches on a burning question your audience has.

If you’re writing a report or an eBook, do this in every section of the information you are going to provide.

For example:

Your target is a start-up business.

The most common pain points of this market are:

  1. Limited Budget

  2. Unclear Target Audience

  3. Brand Awareness

  4. Lack of Marketing Expertise

  5. Inconsistent Messaging

  6. Choosing the Right Channels

  7. Content Creation

  8. Lead Generation

  9. Measuring ROI

  10. Scaling Strategies

Let’s take Lead Generation as your main topic.

Your eBook index can look like...

The Secret 10-step lead generation system.

Know exactly the exact strategies that the most successful business use to generate hundreds of leads on autopilot.

Index

  1. How to get leads, with no money, and work your way in.

  2. How to easily find your target audience and know exactly how to reach them.

  3. Discover the 3 frameworks to develop a brand and get more reach.

  4. etc.

You are just answering the most burning questions of the market.

By doing this, even if you are not a copywriting expert, you can provide insane value, with little effort and flood your business with leads.

This is why step 1 is Headlines.

If you learn how to develop headlines, you can easily turn any problem into a compelling solution for your target audience.

Step 3: Keep it Simple

There are lots of different types of Lead Magnets.

To get started, I will include a list of types of lead magnets below.

I recommend starting with reports and ebooks because they are really easy to create — And the best part is that you can have one up and running, sucking leads in no time.

All you have to do is write a short report (5-6 pages is plenty) and convert it into a PDF.

Don’t let the simplicity fool you.

Some of the most popular lead magnets I’ve ever seen were only eight pages.

You don’t even need to write your report from scratch.

You could compile your most popular blog posts into one easy-to-digest guide, jazz it up with basic styling, and convert it into a PDF.

Or you could grab a series of reports from other people, condense the best and most useful findings and create something unique of your own.

Or you could interview experts on a subject, compile the answers into a report, write an irresistible title, and away you go.

Or you can create a new one with the best framework and knowledge you compiled over the years.

It doesn't matter.

Just remember.

Each section of the report needs to solve a burning problem.

And the report itself needs to solve an overall series of problems around a specific topic.

That is HOW you make a High-Value Lead Magnet.
